CHANGES IN THE COMPANY'S REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

Dear clients,

The FreshForex company is in progress and improves the quality of services provided for its clients constantly, therefore more and more new traders choose us to work in the financial markets.

To provide flawless service to active clients of the company, we optimize the number of trading accounts on trading servers. The updated process for blocking and archiving inactive accounts is laid out in the new version of clause 5.20 of the Client Agreement, which will enter into force on March 10, 2021. You can see it in more detail on the website in the Documents section.

We remind you that under clause 12.2 of the Client Agreement, conduction of any trade or non-trading operation of the Client means unconditional acceptance of all company's regulatory document updates by the Client.
