CHANGES IN FRESHFOREX REGULATORY DOCUMENTS
Dear clients,
On September 20th, 2018 changes in FreshForex regulatory documents come in force. We update our documents in accordance with market tendencies and in order to improve the quality of our services.
Changed paragraphs:
1. The Client Agreement, paragraphs 2.9, 5.12, 6.7, 6.12, 10.9 are changed new paragraph 5.22 is added;
2. The Regulations for trading operations, new paragraph 5.5 is added, paragraphs 9.3.7, 10.7, 10.9 are deleted and paragraphs 9.1.2, 9.3.4 are changed;
3. The Partner Agreement, paragraph 9.10 is changed and section 15 is edited;
4. The Risk disclosure statement, new paragraph 12 is added.
