CHANGES IN THE OPERATION OF FINANCIAL MARKETS DURING WINTER HOLIDAYS
DEAR CUSTOMERS!
Please be hereby informed that the trading schedule shall be changed during Christmas and New Year festivities. From December 24, 2018 to January 2, 2019, some assets shall be unavailable, whereas the opening and closing time regarding other instruments shall be changed.
CATHOLIC CHRISTMAS AND CHRISTMAS EVE
* DECEMBER 24 In a normal mode, all currency pairs and cryptocurrencies are traded. For some indices, stocks, futures for metals and energy, trading will close earlier. Trading in the EUR_50, GER_30 and SUI_20 indices will be closed all day.
* DECEMBER 25 All markets are closed and trading is suspended!
* DECEMBER 26: Trades in European and British stocks, as well as most indices are closed. Among them: AUS_200, ESP_35, EUR_50, FRA_40, GBR_100, GER_30, JPN225, NED_25 and SUI_20. US dollar futures open at 3:00.
* DECEMBER 27 European indexes will open at different times: GER_30 at 02:15, GBR_100 at 03:00, and FRA_40 at 09:00.
* DECEMBER 28 The market works as usual!
NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS
* DECEMBER 31 In the usual mode work:
- currency pairs and metals in Forex;
- cryptocurrency;
- The US stock market (including the DJ30 index);
- indices JPN225, SPX500, USTEC;
- futures for metals and energy carriers.
Trading stocks in the UK, the EU and European indices will close earlier: from 14:30 to 15:00. Trading in CL_Brent oil will end at 21:45.
* JANUARY 1 Markets don't work!
* 2 JANUARY Only trades on the SUI_20 index will remain closed. All other assets - as usual.
