Full Promotion Terms and Conditions “Unique Time. Round IV”

1. General

1.1. The contest is titled ‘Unique Time. Round IV’, and hereinafter is referred to as 'the Contest'.

1.2. The Contest is run by FXCASH OU (hereinafter, the 'Management'), the owner of fxcash.net website (hereinafter, the 'Service').

1.3. Under these Contest Terms and Conditions, the following prizes shall be drawn:

1st place: $300 to FxCash account,
2nd place: $200 to FxCash account,
3rd place: $150 to FxCash account,
4th place: $100 to FxCash account,
5th place: $90 to FxCash account,
6th place: $80 to FxCash account,
7th place: $50 to FxCash account,
8th place: $30 to FxCash account.
1.4. The Contest is valid from July 1, 2024 to September 29, 2024 (hereinafter, the 'Contest Time Frame').

2. Promotion Participants

2.1. Any person legal of age and sound of mind may take part in the contest as long as they are the Service users and have valid real money accounts with TICKMILL (FSA of Seychelles) included into the Service Partner List (hereinafter, the 'Participant').

3. Terms

3.1. For each USD10 payment credited by the broker to the Participant's account, the Participant gets one (1) FX Point.

3.2. The FX Points number is available in the ‘Unique Time’ section of client’s Personal area.

3.3. Under the Contest Terms and Conditions, the payments credited to Participant's account shall be valid only in case the Management receives a partnership commission from a broker in regard to any such payments.

3.4. The Participant shall act in compliance with accepted and effective agreement made with the broker, as well as the Service Public Offer Agreement.

3.5. The Participant may refuse to take part in the Contest by commenting so to Customer Support using the following email address: [email protected].

3.6. In case the brokerage firm opts to cancel its payment to the Participant trading account, or in case the Participant violates these Terms and Conditions, the Management reserves the right to exclude the Participant's account from the Contest.

4. The Winner Determination

4.1. The Contest Winners (hereinafter, the 'Winners') shall be determined as the Contest Participants who scored the maximum number of FX Points within the Contest Time Frame. The places are given in accordance with the amount of FX Points scored.

4.2. Final FX Points count and the Winners Determination shall be carried out until October 14, 2024.

5. Receiving the Prizes

5.1. The Prizes are credited to the Winners’ wallets within 10 business days after the Winners Determination and are available for withdrawal.

5.2. After the Winner Determination, the Contest Holder shall verify the Participants' details, as well as whether their participation was legit as per Cl. 2.1, and Cl. 3.1.-3.6 of these Terms and Conditions, as well as applicable laws and regulations. In case any personal details of the Participant are not authentic, or in case the Participant has no right to participate in the Contest, the Winning Place of such a Participant shall be void.

5.3. In case the Participant violates these Contest Terms and Conditions, the Contest Holder reserves the right to deny the Prize to the Participant.

5.4. Once the Prize has been received, the Participant of the Contest shall be fully liable for any taxes and other charges, as determined by applicable laws and regulations of the Participant's jurisdiction.

6. Conclusion

6.1. The Management shall take all necessary steps to protect the information regarding the Contest from unauthorized use. The Management shall not be bound with an obligation to share the information regarding the Contest with a third party.

6.2. All disputes arisen regarding the Contest and its results shall be settled through negotiations.

6.3. By taking part in the Contest, you hereby confirm you have fully read and agreed with the Contest Terms and Conditions.

6.4. In case the Participant refuses to act in compliance with all Contest Terms and Conditions, the Management reserves the right to cancel their participation.
