Margin for silver restored to previous levels

Margin requirement for instruments involving silver have been restored to the usual values. As a reminder, on February 2nd, the margin requirements for XAGUSD and XAGEUR were raised 20% due to the increased volatility of silver. As of now, the margin requirement for these instruments is back to the previous level.
