As per Christmas and New Year holidays, our company is closed from Dec 31, 2015, till Jan 04, 2016, as well as on Jan 07, 2016. However, this will not affect your withdrawal requests, which will be processed as per normal. Holidays bring inevitable delays from the brokers’ side, that is why your monthly cash credit may appear as late as on Jan 15, 2016, on your account.
