We would like to inform you that on Saturday, April 27, 2024, from 00:30 to 14:00 EEST (GMT +3, server time), the MetaTrader 4 platform will be temporarily unavailable due to the planned optimization of the trading server.

Please note that cryptocurrency trading will not be available during maintenance hours, but you will be able to connect to your trading account. Pending orders to open/close a position will not be executed during this period. To avoid undesired results, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before maintenance starts, or do not leave any open cryptocurrency positions during maintenance. The company is not responsible for any lost profits and/or losses associated with the movement of cryptocurrency quotes during the maintenance period.

Cryptocurrency trading will be available in the MetaTrader 5 platform as usual.

Changes in the Trading Terms for Index CFDs

Dear Clients,

We are pleased to announce some updates regarding trades involving index CFDs at Gerchik & Co:

1. New Trading Symbols Added

We have introduced three new symbols for your trading convenience:

NDXcash (US NASDAQ 100 index)
US30cash (US Dow Jones 30 index)
US500cash (US SPX500 index)

2. Changes in Trading Volumes for JPN225 and SPX500

The minimum volume and step have been adjusted from 1 lot to 0.5 lot (for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts).
The maximum volume has been adjusted from 200 lots to 20 lots (for MetaTrader 5 accounts ONLY).

3. Trading Involving SPX500, USTEC, and US30 Available Until July 1, 2024.

SPX500, USTEC, and US30 will be available for trading until June 1, 2024.
During the period from June 1, 2024, to July 1, 2024, trading in these symbols will be limited to closing open positions, with no new positions allowed.
From July 1, 2024, all open positions for these symbols will be automatically closed, and they will no longer be available on the trading platforms.

PU Prime App and MT4/MT5 Server Upgrade Notice

PU Prime will be upgrading it’s PU Prime App and MT4/MT5 servers with the schedule as follows:

PU Prime App –	20 April 2024 – 00:00 hrs. to 03:00 hrs.;
MT4/MT5 Server –	20 April 2024 – 00:00 hrs. to 09:00 hrs.; 16:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs. 21 April 2024 – 00:00 hrs. to 03:00 hrs.

All dates and time are provided in GMT+3 (Server Time in MT4/MT5.)

Access to PU Prime Apps and MT4/MT5 accounts will not be available during the server upgrading period. All orders would not be executed during the server upgrading period.

Deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would be available via Client Portal. We recommend clients make proper arrangements in advance.

Once the upgrade has been completed, access to PU Prime Apps and MT4/MT5 servers will be restored.

We recommend clients to manage their account and trades. Do ensure that there are enough funds in your trading account to maintain your open positions to prevent your positions from getting closed due to margin call.

Share CFDs Products Adjustment Notice

Dear Valued Client,

Please be advised that the leverage on all US Share CFDs products will be adjusted starting from 22^nd April 2024 to further optimise the competitiveness and improve the trading environment.

Please refer to the table below for adjustment:

Additionally, the leverage for new positions opened to all shares CFDs during 30 minutes before market close and 30 minutes after market open on MT5 will be adjusted to 1:5.

During these specific trading hours, MT5 Shares CFDs products leverage is fixed at 1:5 and additional margin is required to open any new positions. Once holding positions are no longer within the specified trading hours, the leverage will automatically restore to 1:20.

We recommend clients to properly manage their positions and ensure sufficient funds in the account and trade cautiously.
