Transfer of trading accounts to a new jurisdiction

Dear Clients,

Please note that from 8 November 2021, your accounts will be serviced by LiteFinance Global, a limited liability company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Registration number: 931 LLC 2021. Registered address: First Floor, First St Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

The restructuring is part of the company's development strategy and rebranding aimed at getting licenses in new jurisdictions. Also, we would like to mention that the restructuring process will in no way affect our existing or new clients as the broker's founders and team remain the same. We will continue to provide you with high-class services and constantly improve their quality.

The company's regulatory documents and client agreements remain unchanged. No additional action is required on the part of our clients. The company's name and jurisdiction change will not affect our trading conditions, trading or affiliate accounts, trading history, current trades, and any other services provided to the clients.

All the obligations and commitments of LiteForex Investments Limited pass to the LiteFinance Global LLC from 8 November 2021.
