Notification of withdrawal processing time for Visa cards

Due to technical hitch on the side of the partner bank, withdrawals to Visa cards in EUR and USD may be processed with a delay of up to 5-7 days. However, the funds can be withdrawn by alternative methods via Neteller, Skrill, MegaTransfer. Withdrawals to MasterCard cards in USD, EUR, RUB and Visa cards in RUB are processed in the ordinary course. It is expected that Visa payment gateway will resume its normal work by January 2-3, 2018. In case the withdrawal has been already requested, it might be canceled in order to enable withdrawal processing via alternative methods or to MasterCard cards.
