Daria Kasatkina makes the quarter-final at Wimbledon
The highest rated Russian tennis player and the brand ambassador for InstaForex Daria Kasatkina for the first time in her life entered the last 8 of Wimbledon. This is the second quarter-final in the row in the Grand Slam tournaments for the young Russian - in May-June 2018 Kasatkina confidently reached the quarter-final of the no less legendary Roland Garros.
This time Kasatkina lost the first set to a strong Belgian Alison Van Uytvanck 6:7 but then took a game in her hands. The final result 6:7, 6:3, 6:2 demonstrated convincing victory of Daria. In the quarter-final Daria will play against the Wimbledon finalist of 2016 - Angelique Kerber from Germany. At the moment Daria played six games against the German and the result is equal so far: 3-3. Kasatkina was stronger at Indian-Wells-2018 but lost at the decisive tie- break during their last game at Eastbourne tournament.
It's definitely going to be a great game to watch, but there will be only one winner. InstaForex believes that Daria can win and enter the last 4 of probably the most prestigious tournament of the World.
