Trading schedule and company services during the New Year holidays

In observance of upcoming New Year holidays, certain changes will be implemented to the trading schedule on December 31st, 2020 and January 1st, 2021.

No changes will apply to the trading schedule of cryptocurrencies during the New Year holidays. In observance of Christmas by the Russian Orthodox Church on January 7th, 2021, USDRUB, EURRUB, and Russian stock CFDs will be unavailable for trading.

All the aforementioned symbols will be available for trading as usual since January 4th, 2021. Please, take this information into account when planning your trading activities. This schedule is for informational purposes only and may be changed without any further notice.

Schedule of company services:

Withdrawal requests will be processed through December 30th, 2020, the processing will resume on January 6th, 2021. All requests submitted between 1:00PM on December 30th, 2020 and January 6th, 2021 will be processed in order of arrival starting from January 6th, 2020.

Client support:
* December 31st, 2020–January 3rd, 2021 are days off;
* Regular schedule will return on January 4th, 2021.

Financial department:
* December 31st, 2020–January 5th, 2021 are days off;
* Regular schedule will return on January 6th, 2021.

Trading contests will be put on pause until January 11th, 2021.
