CHANGES IN FRESHFOREX REGULATORY DOCUMENTS

Dear clients,

On May 4, 2020 changes in FreshForex regulatory documents will come in force. We update our documents by market tendencies and to improve the quality of our services.

Changed paragraphs:

1) The Client Agreement, paragraphs 4.2, 5.5, 5.6.1, 5.6.2, 5.6.3 and 10.10.1 are updated;

2) The Regulations for non-trading operations, paragraphs 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 6.3, 6.5, 6.6, 6.13 are updated and new paragraph 4.5 is added,

3) The Risk disclosure statement, new paragraph 4 is added.

We remind you by performing any trading or non-trading operations after new redactions of the documents coming in force you accept the updated regulatory documents.
