We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the new version of the Client Agreement governing the relationship between Exness (Cy) Ltd and its customers on our website. The new version of the Client Agreement takes effect 5 working days after the date of publication of this notice on the Exness website. Important! If you do not agree with the conditions of the new version of the Client Agreement, you must send a request to close your account to [email protected], within 5 days of the publication of the present notice. If such request is not received within 5 days from the date of publication of the present notice, the updated Client Agreement will automatically be deemed to have your approval and come into effect.
