AMarkets Learning Lounge 2024

We’re excited to share the highlights from our recent Learning Lounge seminar held in Kuala Lumpur on February 4.

We would like to inform you that on Saturday, December 16, 2023, from 00:30 to 14:00 EEST (GMT +2, server time), the MetaTrader 4 platform will be temporarily unavailable due to the planned optimization of the trading server.

Please note that cryptocurrency trading will not be available during maintenance hours, but you will be able to connect to your trading account. Pending orders to open/close a position will not be executed during this period. To avoid undesired results, please ensure you have sufficient funds in your account before maintenance starts, or do not leave any open cryptocurrency positions during maintenance. The company is not responsible for any lost profits and/or losses associated with the movement of cryptocurrency quotes during the maintenance period.

Cryptocurrency trading will be available in the MetaTrader 5 platform as usual.

Update your trading platform to the latest version to retain access to AMarkets’ servers

Dear clients,

Starting December 1, 2023, we will no longer support outdated versions of MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms. Consequently, these versions won’t be able to connect to AMarkets’ servers. Please check your current terminal build and, if necessary, update it to the latest version.

Minimum supported versions:

• MetaTrader 4 – build 1380, released 24.03.2023
• MetaTrader 5 – build 3802, released 09.06.2023

How to check the version of the trading platform?

For smartphones:

1. Open the application
2. On the app’s main page, go to ‘Settings’, then tap ‘Settings’

For PC:

1. Log in to the platform
2. Click ‘Help’ in the top toolbar. From the dropdown menu, select ‘About’
