16 November 2017 SegWit2x Hardfork: Changes in Trading Terms

Dear Clients, We would like to inform you that due to the division (hardfork splitting) of the virtual currency, Bitcoin, and the appearance of a new one referred to as B2X (Bitcoin2x), starting from 13 November 2017, 00:00 Meta Trader 4 server time, until further notice, AMarkets reserves the right to increase margin requirements as follows: BTCUSD, BTCEUR, DSHBTC, ETHBTC, LTCBTC, BCHBTC and Crypto – up to 50% (leverage 1:2); BCHUSD, DSHUSD, ETCUSD, ETHUSD, LTCUSD – up to 33% (leverage 1:3). And also, with possible low liquidity, trading on cryptocurrencies can only be switched to ‘Close Only’ mode or complete suspension. These changes apply to all types of accounts in MetaTrader 4, and will affect both current open positions and the newly opened ones.
